NSS UNIT OF Shri D. D. Vispute College of Pharmacy And Research Center, New Panvel in association with “Billion Hearts Beating Foundation” has organized and successfully completed training of BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) for the students under the mission of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” on Death anniversary of late Matoshri Kamalbai Vispute on 31st December 2021 from 10 Am to 12:30 Pm in presence of Hon. Chairman Shri.Dhanraj ji Vispute sir.
Billion Hearts Beating Foundation is a not-for-profit organization started in April 2010 by Apollo Hospitals, with the objective of providing healthcare and health awareness to the underprivileged communities in India.
Speaker of the session Dr. Hinduja mam gave a detailed information regarding Basics of first aid, emergency action plan which is a basic treatment to a life in danger which will avoid the critical consequences.
Further a live demonstration and training is given to students so as one can be prepared for emergency situations. 150 number of students undergone this training they were awarded with a certificate after completion of training.
The event has been jointly organized under the direction of programme officer Prof. Mukesh patl , Prof. Mrs Ashlesha kohale and Mr.Hitesh Kadu with perfect guidance by Respected Principal Dr.Ashsih Jain sir.
