Maha walkathon is the official Maharashtra walkathon which is the maha event, maha impact, maha scale, maha opportunity to spread awareness on road safety organized by public works department, government of maharashtra at our Adarsh group of Institutes campus in presence of
1. Hon cheif guest Smt. Hemangini Patil Ma’am, Dy. Regional Transport officer,
2. Hon.Shri Ravisheth Patil. KHO KHO president, Panvel taluka,
3. Hon. Shri Vinod Suresh Devkar, Gold medalist in power lifting, state & national level,
4. Chairman Shri Dhanraj Vispute sir,
5. Secretary Hon. Mrs. Sangeeta Vispute ma’am and
6. Dr. Ashish Jain, Principal, Shri DD Vipsute college of pharmacy and Principals of all departments of Adarsh Institutes.
On the occasion of Maha Walkathon rally day our college has also organized the “Adarsh Sports inauguration ceremony 2019” and “Constitution Day 2019”. The event has started with march pass and Saraswati & Savindhan Pujan by lamp lightening and igniting the sport torch. All staff & students has taken Sport pledge & Sanvindhan pledge followed by Felicitation of all dignitaries and guidance from them.
Hon cheif guest Mrs. Hemangini Patil Ma’am has guide our students regarding road safety rules and precautions. Then finally we all have inaugurated the Adarsh Sports competition and started with Maha Walkathon in which all staff and students has shown their active presence and participation very sportingly with full enthusiasm.
