Formulation Development, Optimization and In vitro Evaluation :

  • Microbiological testing plays an important role in the production of pharmaceutical drug substances and drug products.
  • Our laboratory is well equipped and carries out all the required microbiological testing like microbial limit test, sterility test, Antibiotic assays etc.
  • Microbiological Testing facility with epoxy coating, coving, puff material panels & Class- 10000 Area as per FDA norms and lab is equipped with Bio-safety Cabinet, Laminar Air Flow (Class 1000) etc (Test to be performed like Sterility test, Antimicrobial activity, Antifungal activity etc.

Analytical Research :

  • Analytical method development for estimation of API in bulk and dosage form
  •  Analytical methods development and its validation by UV, HPLC and HPTLC.
  •  Stability-indicating assay method and forced degradation studies on UV, HPLC or HPTLC methods.
  •  API and Excipients identification by using FTIR, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, HPLC etc.
  •  Compatibility studies between drugs and excipients
  • Evaluation of various physicochemical properties of drug molecule can be evaluated (Optical density, RI, Sp. Gravity etc.)
  • Elemental analysis can be done- Trace metals, earth metals can be checked at PPB Level.
