79th Independence Day Celebration Report

The 79th Independence Day of India was celebrated with great fervor and patriotic enthusiasm at Shri Adarsh Group of Institutes, Vichumbe, New Panvel on August 15, 2025. The campus was adorned with tricolor decorations, and the spirit of freedom and unity echoed throughout the premises. The program commenced with the arrival of the esteemed Chief Guests:

• Shri Manoj Bhamre, Captain (Retired), Indian Army
• Shri Jai Lal Maan, Commanding Officer, Indian Armed Forces

Flag Hoisting Ceremony At 8:15 AM, the National Flag was hoisted by the Chief Guests, accompanied by Shri Dhanraj Vispute, Chairman Adarsh Group of Institutes, Mrs Sangita Vispute,  Secretary Adarsh Group and Principals of all the departments. The entire gathering stood in solemn respect, saluting the flag and the ideals it represents. Speech by the Chief Guests Following the flag hoisting, the guests addressed the audience:

• Captain (Retd.) Shri Manoj Bhamre shared his inspiring journey in the armed forces, highlighting the values of discipline, sacrifice, and patriotism. He urged the youth to contribute meaningfully to the nation, not just through defense services, but also by being responsible citizens.
• Shri Jai Lal Maan, in his address, emphasized the importance of unity in diversity, and the role of young minds in shaping the future of India. He also spoke of the brave soldiers who guard our borders and encouraged everyone to respect their contribution.

Their words instilled a strong sense of pride and responsibility in all present. Cultural Performances To celebrate the spirit of independence, students presented a series of vibrant cultural programs.
