Industry Visit was organized by Shri D. D. Vispute College of Pharmacy and Research Center, Panvel for Final Year B. Pharm students at ACG Capsule Pvt. Ltd. Dahanu and ACG Custom Capsule Pvt. Ltd., Boisar on 21/02/2026.Total 28 number of students were actively participated in this Industry Visit in that 21 number of girls and 07 number of boys were involved under the leadership of Prof. Pritish Kurumkar and Prof. Dr. Shreeya Belwalkar.
The visit was hosted by and under guidance of Mr. Ganesh Vichare Sir, HR Manager, Dr. Shashikant Jog Sir Industry Visit Coordinator and Ms. Poornima Bhoir Madam HR Executive Officer.
The visit was started with the Tree Plantation Program in healthy. pleasant and green ACG Premises in the memory of SDDVCOPRC’s Industry visit. During visit students observed the detailed manufacturing process of various sizes of empty Capsule Shell, printing process over capsule shell and packaging process for Human use at Dahanu Plant and customize empty capsule shell manufacturing process and hand filling Capsule process for Veterinary use at Boisar Plant. In this visit students visited various departments like Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Packaging and Ware house department.
The ACG plant is fully automated based on robotic work which reduces man work. During this visit ACG team provided refreshment and meal for all participants.
The visit was concluded with vote of thanks and Gifts as a token of love. The visit was successfully completed under guidance and continuous motivational support of our Respected Principal Dr. Ashish S. Jain Sir.
