“Population Growth: Unveiling the Ripple Effects on Society, Economy, and Environment. IQAC & NSS unit has conducted “Awareness on Consequences of Population Explosion” & “Demographic survey on Population” in Devad-Vichumbe Area, New Panvel in observance of “World Population Day” on 23rd July 2024. NSS Volunteers has spread Awareness among people using hand posters related to Causes & Effects of Population Explosion. Survey has been done using google form . Based on Survey it has been reported that Survey area has major population of age group between 18 to 30 yrs, Female population 57.1 %, Male Population 42.9 %, employment status 71.4 % & unemployment status 19%, Education status 66.7% During Awareness & Survey NSS Volunteers also discussed among people the measures for Population Control.
This fruitful day was well spent under the direction of Hon. Dr. Ashish Jain Sir, Principal & under the guidance of Hon. Shri. Dhanraj Vispute Sir, Chairman & Hon. Mrs. Sangeeta Vispute Madam, Secretary Adarsh Group of Institute.
