On 23rd October 2024, IQAC & NSS Unit of SDDVCOP, in collaboration with the Blood Bank of Nair Hospital, successfully organized a blood donation drive at Panvel Railway Station. The drive, which ran smoothly throughout the day, collected a total of 68 units of blood. This contribution will significantly help in addressing the ongoing need for blood in medical emergencies and for patients requiring transfusions at Nair Hospital.
The event was meticulously planned in direction of Hon. Dr. Ashish Jain sir, Principal & under the guidance of Hon. Shri Dhanraj Vispute sir, Chairman & Hon. Mrs. Sangeeta Vispute Ma’am, Secretary Adarsh Group of Institute with volunteers ensuring the proper management of donors and maintaining the necessary health protocols. The Blood Bank team from Nair Hospital efficiently handled the blood collection process, providing medical guidance and support. We extend heartfelt thanks to all donors, volunteers, and the Nair Hospital Blood Bank for their invaluable contributions to the success of this event.
