IQAC & NSS Unit of SDDVCOP actively participated in the National Nutrition Week under the ”Poshan Maah” initiative, following the ‘Poshan Bhi, Padhai Bhi’ campaign which has run by NSS Mumbai University. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of nutrition and education for holistic development.
Online session on the topic “Good Nutrition & Academic Performance” by Mr. Amit Jadhav, Master in Pharmacology who emphasised that significance of Nutrition lies in its mission to address nutritional deficiencies and promote a healthier nation. It also emphasises the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and heart conditions through good nutrition. Followed with this the NSS Volunteers made posters and presented them, giving the utmost knowledge about nutrition.
The event was conducted in presence of Hon. Principal Dr Ashish Jain sir under the guidance of Hon Shri Dhanraj Vispute sir, Chairman & Hon. Mrs Sangeeta Vispute mam, Secretary Adarsh Group of Institute.
